Need an app use one or both datasets?

The detailed description states "DOL offers a wealth of data that often goes unnoticed by the public, but we require that you use these two datasets in your application". Now, I like good grammar and I believe that's what's in use here, but I wanted to ask for clarification: Do I need to use both datasets in an application, or is one sufficient?

    That is correct, the application must use at least the two datasets mentioned in the rules.
