Note to others - you agree to open source you app

I just want to make sure everyone understands what they are getting into.  The contest rules state you agree to allow them to distribute your application for free to the public and if the DOL wants, to open source your code.  Be advised.  See section 6 under Intellectual Property Rights:

    Thanks Robert, that's a fair point. Everyone who chooses to participate should do so with their eyes wide open.
