Applications

Is there an apps for beginners free website that can be used for this competition?  All graphics no coding that I can use for a submission? Thanks!!!!

    You're welcome to use these types of tools, but keep in mind that they may have copyright limitations restricting the open-source release of the source code for your submitted app. Please refer to the terms of use or terms of service provided by those tool providers and if you are still unsure, contact the providers themselves. If you are using open source code developed by others, please also be sure that the license for that code is compatible with that platform’s standard distribution centers.
